Villa Athene is a spacious natural stone built villa suitable for 8 people + 1 toddler. It stands in Hamalvri and is wonderfully nestled in the fantastic scenery of this traditional village. On the ground floor is the entrance area that merges into the living room. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 2 m), as well as a bathroom with shower and a service room with washing machine. From the living room, you can reach the large dining area via three steps, followed by an open kitchen. From here you go to the approx. 30 sqm terrace where you can enjoy cozy breakfasts and the magnificent view of the sea and the hinterland. Also from the living room you go through large sliding doors to the main terrace and to the over 30-sqm covered outdoor area. On the upper floor there are three spacious bedrooms with double beds and with one en-suite bathroom each. The largest bedroom, with about 30 square meters, has an open bathroom with shower and bath tub, as well as separate toilet with bidet. The double bed is 2x2 m. From here you have access to the shaded roof terrace over 30 sqm, which only belongs to this bedroom. Here you will find a large outdoor shower with hot and cold water. So they can also enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea while showering. On the two loungers you can relax. The second bedroom also has a double bed with 1.80 x 2 m and a bathroom with shower.
