The surrounding area is a traditional olive-growing area and therefore green all year round. The villa has a size of about 320 sqm and stands on a property of about 8,100 sqm. On the ground floor is the entrance area, which merges into the living room. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm x 2 m), a bathroom with shower and a service room with washing machine. The living room is accessed via three steps into the large dining area with an adjoining open kitchen. From here you go to the approx. 30 sqm terrace on which you can enjoy breakfast and the magnificent views of the sea and the hinterland. You can also walk from the living room through large sliding doors to the main terrace and to the 30-sqm covered outdoor area. On the upper floor there are three spacious bedrooms with double beds and an en-suite bathroom each. The largest bedroom, with approx. 30 sqm, has an open bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet with bidet. The double bed is 2x2 m large. From here you have access to the 30 sqm large, shaded roof terrace, which only belongs to this bedroom. Here is a large outdoor shower with hot and cold water. So they can also enjoy the view of the Mediterranean while showering. You can relax on the two loungers. The second bedroom also has a double bed of 1.80 x 2 m and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a balcony. The third bedroom also has a double bed of 1.80 x 2 m and has a bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a balcony and roof terrace. We have furnished the villa in a modern and comfortable style, so that you can feel at home here! All bedrooms and the living room of course have air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD. The villa is equipped with Internet W-Lan via Vodafonstick (max. 10 GB). The fixed flat rate connection is requested. In front of the living room is a large shaded terrace, which is equipped with cozy furniture. The solidly covered outdoor area is also furnished with a large brick sofa and a 3 m table. Here you can play sports on the table tennis table. Afterwards, you will have access to the large brick barbecue with sink and a gas barbecue. Relax in the large hot tub. A few steps will take you to the huge pool terrace. The pool is about 11 x 4.50 m in size and heated in the cooler season (if the weather permits). In the pool area there is also a pool deck with a large brick sofa and a large outdoor shower with cold and hot water. You can relax here! The large terrace is equipped with 8 comfortable loungers.
