The peninsula is part of the magnificent Tavolara Marine Protected Area and is 8 km north of San Teodoro, 15 km south of Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (20 minutes by car), 17 km south of Olbia Isola Bianca port. The Villa was strategically built in the narrowest part of the peninsula. For this reason, it is a few hundred meters from the beach to the south Salina Bamba and the beach to the north Cala Suaraccia. In case of wind, whether it is Maestrale or Scirocco, there will always be a protected beach easily accessible on foot through a flat private road (convenient for strollers). Walking beyond the hill, you can reach one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in all of Sardinia: Cala Brandinchi known as Tahiti for its crystal clear waters and its breathtaking bay. Four other beaches (Salinedda, Lastra Ruia, Cala Paradiso, Cala Pipara) are within walking distance. All beaches are free and open to Villa guests. You can bring a deckchair and umbrella from home, or rent one directly on the beach. Guests of the Villa can also use the tennis, soccer, five-a-side soccer, basketball, bocce courts and all other village attractions for free. In the central square there are shops, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a massage spa. If you love sports and water activities, this is the place for you. There are two diving centers with which you can dive into the spots of the protected marine area of Tavolara that are considered among the most beautiful in the entire Mediterranean. You can also rent boats, inflatable boats, windsurfing, SUP, kayaks, sailboats, etc... and play golf in one of the clubs near the villa. THE VILLA The Villa is very welcoming and comfortable. Your privacy will be guaranteed for the duration of your stay. It is a modern building built in harmony with the surrounding environment using typical local material, with finishes and furnishings made in Italy. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful covered veranda and a private garden with swimming pool, whirlpool, solarium and has two double bedrooms with private bathroom, a bedroom with a full bed and two single beds, two cribs, a living room with a double sofa and a double sofa bed, three bathrooms, two outdoor showers, a full kitchen with a large extendable table, a large veranda with table for 12 people and relaxation area with sofas and armchairs overlooking the private garden. You will have the entire Villa at your disposal. There will be no other guests or anyone else during your stay. GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL The private garden enjoys a magnificent view and consists of a beautiful English lawn with plants, trees and flowers typical of the area. A comfortable hammock is protected by the shade of a centuries-old olive tree. The infinity pool has a shallow water area a few centimeters for younger children and whirlpool stations from where you can admire the sunset while sipping a delicious glass of Vermentino. A child safety fence can be installed if necessary (on request €50) to protect the pool, making the garden suitable and safe for children of all ages. Outdoor showers and deck chairs can be used for sunbathing or relaxing and resting in the shade. You can also use the BBQ for grilled meat or fish or the wood-burning oven to cook real Italian pizza. The back area of the garden is free of sprinklers to keep it constantly dry and to be able to hang towels and linens in the sun. Privacy is also guaranteed in the garden, from where you can admire the fantastic view without being seen from the outside. Every week the gardeners cut the grass and take care of flowers and plants and the pool is thoroughly cleaned. VERANDA On two sides of the Villa there is a beautiful shaded porch that houses a large table for 12 people and two relaxation areas with sofas, armchairs and tables. There is also a hammock for relaxing and two swings for the little ones. In case of wind, the entire area can be protected by closing the practical roller blinds. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The two double bedrooms have their own private bathroom, wardrobe and hairdryer. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and two single beds and uses the third bathroom in the house. Two cribs are also available. The air conditioning is independent. Each room can adjust the temperature as desired. There are also two outdoor showers in the garden. In case of 8 guests, 2 will sleep in the first double bedroom, 2 in the second double bedroom, 3 in the third bedroom, 1 in the double sofa bed in the living room. (In addition to the two cribs). KITCHEN The kitchen is a beautiful Veneta Cucine complete with everything. It features a large extendable table, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, small appliances and extra large refrigerator. Dishes, crockery, glasses, pots and everything you need to prepare a great chef dinner are included. LIVING ROOM The living room has two large sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed. It is equipped with satellite TV and WiFi internet connection. LAUNDRY In the laundry corner inside the third bathroom there is a washing machine and a drying rack for those who want to do their own laundry. SECURITY. The entire peninsula area is very quiet and safe. To make your stay even more peaceful, there will be a private security service inside the village and a video surveillance service along the outer perimeter of the villa's garden. Images are temporarily stored in the Hikvision DVR near the TV and then automatically deleted. No one can view the images. Please be respectful of neighbors and the neighborhood by avoiding loud noises. External music is tolerated during the day (never after 11:50 p.m.). The village's family entertainment also complies with noise level regulations. The volume of the music is always kept below the limit so as not to disturb the neighbors. Depending on how the wind blows, in the evening hours 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. it can be heard more or less from the west side of the garden of the house, it is part of the holiday atmosphere. Entertainment is only available in high season mid-June - mid-September, but is not guaranteed for the entire period. Guest access You will have the entire Villa at your disposal.
