With a panoramic view of the Valdichiana valley, our charming reconverted mill is peaceful and surrounded by olive groves, garden and lawns. The focal point of the summertime is a large scenic porticoes terrace, with a dining area, chairs, tables, and barbecue. The large kitchen/dining room is equipped with its original old stone fireplace; the kitchen is well equipped. The space The villa is located 10 km south of Arezzo, the setting for Roberto Benigni's 'Life is Beautiful'. The city is characterized by a beautiful array of architectural styles, from Etruscan ruins to the Roman amphitheatre and the Medici Fortress; there also is an international Equestrian Centre. The first weekend of each month features a popular antique fair, while two times a year the town hosts a festival called 'Joust of the Saracen,' where all citizens dress in a medieval attire. From the 15th of November to the 6th of January Arezzo is "La citta' del Natale", the "Town of Christmas2 , very interesting scenery and events . Arezzo is also well situated to day trips throughout Tuscany, including nearby Cortona (20km), Assisi, Val d'Orcia (40km), Chianti, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, as well as Florence (80km) and Siena (60km). In five minutes driving you can reach the Equestrian Centre La Giunchiglia . Guest access Guests will have access to the whole villa and the garden outside.
