Dear guests,we offer a private mini apartment with private access from the staircase in a side street in the Hamburg-Ottensen district. The apartment in the former storage was expanded by us a few years ago. The bright apartment has two large windows, is about 22 sqm and consists of a living/sleeping room (15 sqm), a hallway/entrance area with a kitchenette and a modern shower room. The living room is furnished with a real bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a historic wooden wardrobe and a counter to eat and work. The tea kitchen is suitable for coffee making and preparing small meals and consists of a fridge, a stove top, coffee rail, microwave, kettle and dishes (no sink, only in the bathroom). Coffee and tea are provided. We provide towels, sheets and soap. The apartment is particularly suitable for a visit to Hamburg for a few days for one to two people. Children are welcome here and of course do not pay anything extra. A baby cot for children up to three years is also available. The location of the apartment is also particularly attractive: just a few steps to Elbpark with wide views over the Elbe and Hamburg harbor. The Övelgönner harbor and the legendary beach pearl are within walking distance. From there you can take the boat to downtown Hamburg. The connection is extraordinarily central - the Altona long-distance train station is a 10-minute walk, and the A7 motorway is only 3 km away. Ottensen is a colorful neighborhood: lots of shopping, pubs, cafes right around the corner. Evening nightlife also available: Zeise cinema, factory, restaurants, jams in the neighboring pubs. The apartment is private and our guests are undisturbed there. We live right next to the apartment and are always responsive. Ottensen is a wonderful neighborhood, a big city village with a lot of neighborhood. Here you can find everything for every taste: cafes, restaurants of all nations, shopping in small, individual shops or large markets, parks, nightlife, cinemas, concerts, lots of festivals. Of course, the best is the proximity to the Elbe, the Elbe beach, the harbor and that you can take the boat to the city. The neighborhood is particularly well connected: right on the banks of the Elbe, ships go to the city center every ten minutes. From Altona train station, which is a 10-minute walk away, long-distance and close trains run and the West motorway (A7) is only about 3 kilometers away. Coming from the airport, take the S-Bahn directly at the airport and go without changing trains to hamburg-Altona (around 40 min). From there it is still a 10-minute walk to the apartment. If you travel by car and want to park in the neighborhood with us, you will need a free visitor parking pass that we need to apply for you.
