The village house Can Caragol is a recently completely renovated village house in Sineu with all modern comforts such as air conditioning in the house and in all bedrooms, a private pool with a size of 5 x 3 meters, WiFi and satellite TV. On the ground floor there is the living room, an open plan kitchen with all modern conveniences and a dining area and a bathroom. The space In the courtyard you are by the pool (there are 6 beach chairs available) or use the covered terrace with dining table and a barbecue. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and another bathroom as well as the master bedroom with bath en suit. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool / beach. Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. The house is close to Sineu train station, from where you can get to the center of Palma in less than an hour by train. By car you can reach Sineu from the airport or Palma within 30 minutes, to the beaches in the north like Can Picafort or Playa de Muro you need about 20 minutes driving time. Sineu itself offers a great gastronomic selection and numerous shopping possibilities. Enjoy your holiday in an original village in the heart of Mallorca, where you as a guest will be welcome! The main tenant must be at least 23 years old. The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organise loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb the neighbours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organised events).
