Wonderful, fully equipped half-timbered house with large garden, very quiet location, very good transport connections: 3 minutes to the golf course Green Eagle, 10 min to Lüneburg, 25 min to the new Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. The space The pretty half-timbered house is situated on a rather large plot with a very large south- and a smaller west-facing terrace. In the house are on the upper floor four bedrooms (two double beds, two single beds), an open gallery and a full bath. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and the living / dining room next to the hallway and guest toilet. Both kitchen and living / dining room have direct access to the terrace. Furthermore there is on the ground floor a utility room (next to the kitchen) as well as a double garage. In a separate garden house are six bicycles (3 adults, three kids), a BMX bike and the barbecue grill. In good weather, the garden is a dream, if it is not quite so beautiful, the house offers enough space.
