"La Commisseria" new house in nature -private pool

The house, LA COMMISSERIA, is independent and ecological, completely renovated - end of works Dec. 2019 - can accommodate groups of family/friends who love nature and silence and has an exclusive salt pool and private garden. The house, very bright, is spread across two floors and can accommodate 12/14 people. It is located in the Alto Garda Park, in one of the most panoramic places of the Lake at 600m above sea level on the hills above Salò. It is managed by a family that permanently resides nearby. The space LA COMMISSERIA is part of the "I TRE FRATELLI" Farm and is located at the foot of a forest with a large lawn in front with the Church of San Bartolomeo in the background. The tranquility of the place is the main feature and the house is located on hiking trails to be covered on foot or by bicycle. A 10-minute drive will take you to the center of Salò. We take care of the "I Tre Fratelli" Farm, a name linked to a particular place on the Farm, where we mainly produce organic chestnuts and seasonal fruit. In front of the house, there is a beautiful pergola overlooked by a centuries-old fig tree and an outdoor dining area with use of a BBQ. At the back of the house is a special bicycle storage area. The property is accessible to people with disabilities. The ground floor has no architectural barriers and is accessible. Other things to note The house has 6 double beds and as specified one bedroom has a single sofa bed, ideal for couples with children. Please note that the accommodation is subject to the municipal tourist tax, which must be paid in cash upon arrival and which is €2.00 per person per day (2026 rate). The following are exempt: a) those registered in the registry of residents of the Municipality of Salò; b) members of the police forces, both state and local, as well as the national fire brigade who are staying for service needs; c) children under the age of 14; d) "volunteers" who offer their services for any exceptional events following a resolution adopted by the Municipal Council; Pets are allowed with an additional cost of €25 per animal per stay. A crib/crib and high chair for children is available on request. The additional cost of €35 per person per day in addition to 12 guests is applied regardless of adults or children.
