Modern Rustic Studio Feels Like a Tree House

Weekend getaway close to LA! Enjoy a newly remodeled private studio located in the tranquil upper canyon of Sierra Madre. Tons of nature, wildlife and even a stream across the street - give this peaceful space a mountain-like feel. Surrounded by a variety of trees like Live Oak, Chinese Elms, and Jacarandas. Bird watch as you walk through the artist neighborhood. Adventure awaits as you are down the street from Mt. Wilson Trailhead with ample walking, hiking and mountain biking trails. The space Studio is located on the first floor of a two level house. The upper level will be occupied and no access is available. Private entrance and access to one private parking space. Guest will have a special code to enter unit for self check-in. Guest are required to climb a steep flight of stairs to access studio. There is no outdoor space. Full kitchen with gas stove and oven. Mini refrigerator with freezer. Microwave. Ceiling fan. Space Heater. Dining table for two. Solid wood queen bed. Single pull out sofa bed next to bed. TV w/ Apple TV/Netflix Fast internet Pets are allowed with extra fee of $45 Guest access One uncovered parking spot for one car will be yours to use below studio. Please note the space will not accommodate long oversized vehicles. Trucks are fine but not extra long bed trucks. Other things to note There is central air conditioning and is set to a comfortable temperature, but studio keeps cool as we are surrounded by trees. If at anytime during your stay it gets too hot or cold we are happy to adjust the thermostat. There is also a portable space heater located in the closest.
