The downstairs living room and kitchen is spacious enough for entertaining, while the upstairs remains a haven of rest for an afternoon nap. There are 2 full bathrooms for your use. Guests will enjoy the huge bedroom with King bed and sofa. Smaller groups can be accommodated with an air mattress and down stairs futon. *Due to the stairs, we have labeled this property as "not child-friendly".. Guests will have access to the entire Loft. We provide the utmost privacy to our guests, but are available by text or airbnb message if anything is needed. We are located nearby in the event of an emergency. The Old City is the best place to experience Knoxville culture. It is home to incredible local small businesses, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Oli Bea, Old City Java, Barley's Pizzeria, Pretentious Glass Company to name a few to try! The place is very walkable, but Uber and Lyft are also available for a short drive to anywhere downtown. There is also a bicycles station available down the street in the Old City that allows pick up/drop off at various stations in Knoxville for $1.50 per 30 min. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor.
