The Room The Luciana room features a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and essential toiletries (gel/shampoo dispenser, body lotion, and hand soap). Air Conditioning Air conditioning is included and available in the accommodation. It operates in cooling and heating modes and is set to standardised settings to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. The system is centrally managed via our internal app, therefore no remote control is provided. It maintains a constant indoor temperature of 24 °c. Living Area & Kitchen The living area includes a two-seater sofa and a sofa bed, suitable for one additional adult or two small children, making the space ideal for families or small groups. The accommodation includes a Smart Tv, access to a fully equipped kitchen, and stable fibre-optic WiFi (~65 Mbps), ideal for streaming or remote work.
