Jemima’s cottage, cosy and comfortable!

Cosy cottage adjacent to the owners listed property, situated in a small hamlet.Jemima’s has views of the surrounding countryside and a small private garden with garden furniture ,ample parking and WiFi.There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms the main bedroom also has shower and wc . There is a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. Shrewsbury is a 20 mins drive away . There isn’t a washing machine in the cottage but guests are welcome to use ours if they need to. The space Jemima’s is full of character, originally accommodation for farm workers and the bakery , hence original bread oven . There has been a building on the site since the 11th century, our home has a cellar floor dated from then and a folly castle wall constructed from stone quarried between the 7th and 12th century! Shropshire is bursting with history and we are within easy reach of many National Trust and English Heritage sites . Guest access Jemima’s is self contained with its own private access and garden . Guests are however welcome to explore our large garden . Other things to note We can accommodate up to 4 people . We have baby equipment available if required, do let us know if you need items such as a cot or high chair etc .if you have children of the opposite sex for whom it is inappropriate to share a bed because of their age do let us know as we may be able to furnish you with a fold up bed . There isn’t a washing machine in the cottage but we are happy to let you use ours .
