Rowan Tree Lodge with Hot Tub

Step inside Rowan Tree Lodge on our peaceful woodland estate and you'll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of home. The lodge has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room area, bathroom with shower and a lovely double bedroom. Situated on the deck is a two person Scandinavian wood fired hot tub which you an add as a special treat for an additional £55. Rowan Tree Lodge also has an outdoor bbq, outdoor breakfast area (including dining set and sofa) The space Rowan Tree Lodge is situated in a site of outstanding natural beauty and special scientific interest. The property is approached from the main B4214 along a private road that winds its way through an 8 acre woodland to reveal breathtaking views across 6 counties. Rowan has a large wrap around deck with views across meadows from the front, woodland to the side and a panorama to the other side. The space is well furnished in a contemporary style with a log burning stove for cosy nights in. Garden furniture, and charcoal barbecue are provided on the deck, in addition to a hot tub (extra £55 charge). The hot tub will be lit on your day of arrival and includes one basket of logs. Extra logs can be purchased from the main house £7.00 per bag. Max 2 dogs welcome £25 each, PAYABLE DIRECT. Guest access Guests have access to our 8 acre woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife including badgers and deer. Please note that the lodge is located near the main house which is reflected in the price. If you would prefer more isolation then we recommend our other property, Mountain View Lodge or The Star Gazing Tree House. Other things to note All dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £25 per dog, PAYABLE DIRECT. All dogs MUST BE DECLARED BEFORE ARRIVAL. Hot tub is £55 extra charge and payable direct. Please note that once ordered, the hot tub must be cancelled 24 hours before arrival in writing otherwise the payment will be due (even if you no longer wish to use it. This is because it takes 4 hours to prepare). A fire lighting kit for your log burner can be supplied at an additional charge of £10. This includes fire lighters, kindling and one bag of logs. If you would like logs for your stay then please let us know prior to arrival so we can get them ready for you. Alternatively guests are welcome to purchase their own from any local shop but (please be aware the log burner requires very small logs). Please note that a positive covid test no longer restricts travel, therefore no refunds can be given for guests who do not wish to travel. Please ensure you have the appropriate medical/travel insurance. All guests are required to sign terms and conditions before checking into the property.
