Owners live on property but you have your own enterance and the whole 1st floor of the house with big jard and private use of the swimming pool, so you have total privacy. In the private yard you can find big outdoor dining area, swimming pool and sundeck. Around house is nature and small garden with indigenous species and herbs that we grow ourselves. Villa Stina is 1km from the beach and 500 meters from the town center. It takes 5 minutes by walk to the beach and we sugest exploring the nature and near by wild beaches. We offer a heated swimming pool and an outdoor shower, deck chairs and a lounge area. We encourage our guests to help with garden work, or picking olives in autumn. Or just hanging around drinking mint tea from our garden.
