In a short distance of 7Km you can visit the city of Volos, within 30 minutes the famous for their crystal clear waters beaches in Pagasitikos Gulf and within 1 h the magnificent beaches of mountain Pelion with the imposing landscape. The space The Art Mansion is a traditional Pelion stone house constructed many years ago and is a welcoming place to call home during your stay. The accommodation is arranged over various levels with the ground floor entrance leading onto a fully equipped kitchen including electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, shaker, blender and full set of cookware so you can prepare everything from a light snack to a full dinner. Filled with contemporary artworks and sculptures, Art Mansion is a comfortable blend of local traditions and artistic influences of the previous use as an art gallery. Adjoining the entrance hallway is a dining room and a small sitting room with a traditional open fire, a perfect place to curl up with a good book and a coffee. A traditional staircase leads upstairs to a spacious sitting room full of art, comfortable armchairs and sofas gathered around a traditional Pelion fireplace. Numerous windows to the front offer unrestricted panoramic views down the mountain to Volos and across the Pagastic Gulf but should you tire of the views there is also a TV. Three comfortable bedrooms provide enough accommodation for up to 7 guests. Bedroom one, situated on the upper level comprises a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 also on the upper level sleeps 3 guests in a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 3 sleeps 2 guests in a double bed. Accessed by its own traditional staircase and separate from the other bedrooms, makes this a romantic place to sleep peacefully. A second house bathroom with shower. The spacious garden and terrace areas offer guests panoramic views from a number of vantage points. Some shaded by a vine covered pergola with ceiling fans for cooling breezes. Other sitting areas are in the open and all are complimented by a collection of contemporary sculptures, native plants and Mediterranean herbs More Facilities : four air conditions , satellite TV ,free Wi-Fi everywhere inside the property, DVD, Laundry Machine ,Mount Pelion Road Maps, recommended activities and places to visit, transportation of luggage upon arrival and departure. Guest access The main parking od the village , protected village by the Ministry of Culture, is 10 minutes walking on a straight path to the main square and from the main square the house is about 90 meters away walking on a stone path. There is a key lock where you will find the keys. Other things to note Art Mansion is located In the most picturesque neighborhood of the village, very near to the central square, just two minutes walk from restaurants and taverns. In a short distance of 15Km you can visit one of the most visited ski resorts in Greece in a magnificent location surrounded by sea and panoramic views of the gulf.
