The accommodation comprises of, two double bedrooms; a luxury shower room; utility room with washer/dryer; an open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen; dining area with table and 6 chairs and a comfortable lounge area with double sofa bed; television,DVD etc. There are folding doors, which open to a pretty decked area with a BBQ, providing a wonderful inside/outside space for your use. Guest access The whole apartment with private entrance and the secluded, private decked area with BBQ. Other things to note It is easy to park on street outside the property. Visitors permits will be needed Mon - Fri between 9am - 4pm and can be purchased directly from us on request, the cost is £3.50 per day. There are no restrictions at weekends when parking is free. Halcyon is situated in a peaceful residential area and we ask that you respect our neighbours peace and quiet.We have a firm quiet hours policy no loud noise between the hours of 11pm and 7am. We have two lovely, almost identical holiday flats that we have been renting for about 17 years now, with lots of very happy guests who love the flats and location. Because the flats are next door to each other they are ideal for two families wishing to holiday together but preferring some personal space.
