If necessary, a fifth large bed from the cabinet in the living room folds out. A baby crib for your infant is also available. The apartment is on the third floor in the attic and offers 74 sqm living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower / WC and a large roofed over balcony with beautiful panoramic views.  Guest access Living room:  Dining table, six chairs, large & very comfortable sofa, cupboards and shelves with many books (also eng.), Large LCD TV, Internet radio, CD player, USB port (bring your favorite music on a USB stick with), Bluetooth, smoke detectors, games. If necessary, a fifth large bed from the cabinet can be unfolded. Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with oven, four hobs, oven with grill, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee pad machine (Senseo), cappuccino maker, hand mixer, toaster, microwave, dish towels and enough dishes and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1: A bed 180 × 200, a spacious wooden cupboard, smoke detectors, bed linen. Optional: baby cot for infants. Bedroom 2: Two beds 90 x 200, spacious dresser, smoke detectors, bed linen. Bathroom with shower / WC: With hair dryer and towels. Free wifi access , domestic calls for free, abroad phone is charged low. It's 2.20€ per adult/night and 1.00€ for children up to 16y. It's mandatory and will be charged on the day of your arrival. Due to taxation it cannot be included in AirBnB prices unfortunately. Therefore you get the so called Konus Card (ask (website hidden)) for free public transport and discout at touristic places.
