Only the ground floor (consisting of 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom) is rented at this price and the upper floor is not accessible butwill not be rentedout to other guests during your stay. The whole chalet (both floors) is available for rent and is presented on the airbnb platform under the brand name “Orfeas Chalet” The space The Chalet was built in 1928 with the use of Pelion stone, the popular local material.Yet, it owns a distinctive architectural look, unlike the typical Pelion stone houses of its time. The Chalet offers an impressive view of Volos city and its port as well as that of Pagasitigos Gulf. It combines the romantic sense of the beginnings of the previous century with all modern facilities, so the feeling of being its guest is unique. GROUND FLOOR : It has an entrance hall with beautiful decoration and wood staircase, two bedrooms, a kitchen with modern amenities and a bathroom MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom is furnished originally with items of the previous century. The wooden rooftop, the hand-made chandelier and the magnificent double bed offer a romantic feeling of a different era. Two large windows view the sea and Pelion mountain respectively offering endless relaxation. Accommodation includes a semi-double bed and a sliding single one with anatomical matrices. The space is air-conditioned KITCHEN: Start your day preparing your breakfast in the house’s kitchen, a large room with wooden cupboards and an elegant dining table. Facilities are plenty: fridge freezer, electric ceramic hob and oven, microwave oven, filter coffee-maker, juicer, jug kettle, toaster, anti-alkaline water filter, dishwasher . The guests can taste all of them and also they can find there many different species of herbals which Pelion mountain is famous for. The PATIO is a large spacious stone-paved area surrounded by trees and blooming flowers. There you can find an outdoor dining room right next to the house’s kitchen. Guests can also enjoy their coffee or a drink at night at the large KIOSK. There are also many different spots with outdoor furniture all over the place. Guests are welcome to use all internal and external areas of the property, excluding any areas used for storage. This stone path is not accessible by car.
