The space Upon entering Viaud Est, your first impression of the house is the space that benefits from natural light with its six-meter ceilings letting light flood the living room and open spaces. To complete the modern interior, the kitchen is fully integrated with granite countertops, which opens onto the dining room also including a solid granite dining table. The open spaces of the kitchen, dining room and living room are made even more comfortable by a closed double-sided fireplace for cooler evenings or for additional ambiance. The house has 30 cm thick walls, so in summer you are sure to be cool inside, and well insulated in winter with underfloor heating. The ground floor master bedroom (wheelchair accessible) overlooks the infinity pool (heated from June 1 to September 15) and the vineyard through French doors leading to the outdoor entertainment area. This bedroom has a bathroom and a very spacious walk-in closet with plenty of space to unpack your belongings. The two upstairs bedrooms are also equipped with a bathroom and all have white bedding, bathrobes and TVs. The mezzanine has a TV lounge with access to Sky (English) TV, Netflix and French satellite as well as a workspace/office with Wi-Fi throughout the house. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and for long stays, we will have the house cleaned and the bedding changed weekly for your comfort. Guest access Guests have full access to every part of the house. This includes their own private fenced garden, which in the spring boasts about five thousand daffodils and tulips. Guests are also free to explore the thirty hectares of manicured lawns, vineyards, forests, wishing wells and orchards. The covered outdoor reception area offers a great place to relax in the afternoon with a local drink. The outdoor dining table can accommodate 10 people for lazy summer lunches overlooking the infinity pool and vineyard. For outdoor enthusiasts, the pool is heated from June 1 to September 15. So you never have an excuse to miss the view, or the deer crossing the vineyard, a gas BBQ is also available.
