WE DO NOT RENT THE VILLA TO GROUPS OF TEENAGERS AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD, UNACCOMPANIED BY PARENTS. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED. The space WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG/HEN PARTIES. On the day of arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of up to €500.00. This amount must be paid in cash only. The security deposit will be returned to you on the last day of your stay after a property check. Booking requests by people under the age of 25 are not accepted when not accompanied by their parents. No events/parties/bachelor parties of any kind are allowed on the property.
