Belaire is a beautifully presented 4 bed detached house situated in the heart of the ancient market town of Chagford, in Dartmoor National Park. We are a dog friendly property and accept a maximum of 2 dogs at the property for a small surcharge of £25. Please select dog option when you book. Towels & bedlinen included for each guest. The space Whilst Belaire boasts it's own private setting, it is less than a one minute walk to the various shops, cafes and pubs. A quaint stream runs through the large garden and there is secure, off road parking for several vehicles. All linen and towels are provided. Belaire is fully equipped for staying long or short periods. Accessed by its own private driveway, there is off-road parking for up to four cars. The garden is large and opens out onto the grounds of the Grade I listed Church of St Michael. A small stream runs past the house providing the relaxing sound of running water throughout your stay. Every now and then the famous Dartmoor Ponies may come into the garden to forage - don't be alarmed they are very calm and will leave in their own time. We love the fact they visit Belaire every once in a while! Guest access All parts of house accessible apart from all attics and loft spaces. Please do not enter these spaces. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and utensils, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge x 2, freezer, kitchenAid blender & food processor, Lacanche range cooker (gas hobs, electric fan oven and normal oven and grill) and dish washer. There is also a washing machine should guests wish to do some laundry during their stay. We provide all bed linen and sheets and bathroom towels for each guest during your stay free of charge. For bookings of longer than 7 days all towels and bed linen will be cleaned and fresh ones put out if requested (again free of charge). ****Please note that bedding/linen is not provided for the travel cot. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay, added automatically when you book.
