The flat is 5 mins walk to Stockbridge, one of Edinburgh's most vibrant suburbs and so is well served by quality restaurants, coffee shops, bars and small supermarkets at either end of the street! Licence No. EH-66872-F The space This stunning and recently completed Garden Flat has everything you could possibly want for a short stay, holiday rental or business trip in one of Europe's culture capitals. It is a real home from home. The new open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen room is bright and yet cosy with gas fired central heating and a wood burning stove (logs supplied!). The kitchen has every appliance you could want; wine cooler, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, built in microwave, Nespresso machine to name but a few! There is also a washing machine and tumble drier plus a small safe. The lounge/living area is generous and open plan with two large leather sofas and a large HD TV plus DVD/Blue Ray Player, SKY TV including Sky Sports and a Sonos Playbase! Full WiFi is provided throughout. There is a secure car parking space available to let nearby for an additional charge if required. There are two good sized double bedrooms, one with shower en-suite. Both have new double glazed windows. One has a brand new Hypnos Superking/Twin bed and the other a brand new Hypnos King bed. Hypnos beds are a family run company who have been making beds for over 100 years. They have had a Royal Warrant since 1929 which means they have the highest standards in excellence & quality. We also supply a portable cot for a baby. We do not supply linen for the cot/baby. There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board and drying rack. The North and West facing garden is spacious and open plan, with new Weber gas BBQ (gas supplied) and outdoor dining furniture, an umbrella plus some outdoor artwork/sculptures and exterior lighting. Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment throughout your stay and private access to the garden. We supply free wifi, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, soaps, hotel quality (300 thread) cotton bed linen, fresh white towels plus some basic kitchen items such as dish towel, sponge, dishwasher tablets, tin foil, cling film, washing liquid for the washing machine and the like. We can also provide access to a nearby secure garage space for an additional charge for the duration of your stay if required. Please enquire. Other things to note We can lease you a secure garage space nearby if you require. There would be an additional charge for this. Car Parking is free on the Street and nearby from 5.30pm every evening until 8.30am the following morning. It is also free ALL weekend from 5.30pm on a Friday until 8.30am on a Monday. We also own a holiday house on the west coast of Scotland on the shores of Loch Awe called Achnasmeorach House (see luxuryscottishholidayhouse web site) which we rent out as a holiday let, so we can offer 'two centre' breaks if you are interested. It can sleep up to a maximum of 10 adults in 5 double/twin bedrooms. We also owned until recently, a luxury traditional drovers inn dating back to the 17th Century, in the village of Kilchrenan which is worth a visit if you are travelling around the country.
