Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun. The space On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 1.60 double bed and a children's room with a trunk bed (comfortable inclinators) and shower room, kitchen, spacious dining area and the sunny fireplace room (wood is available in the garden hut) In the DG there is another bedroom with 1.60 double bed and associated shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens. The light-flooded gallery serves as a TV room. The top floor forms a cozy, shielded area to the first floor, so that there are also comfortable retreats for the grandparents. Bed linen (€7 per person) and towels (€5 per person) can be provided separately. Please discuss this with our manager Ms. Kluth and pay in cash upon arrival. Guest access lockable garden hut with grill and firewood, parking area for 2 cars, right at the entrance Other things to note The vacation resort of Trassenheide charges a spa tax and ensures that the beaches are clean and well maintained. Please check the current contributions on the online page of the Trassenheide spa administration. Please pay the visitor's tax in cash upon arrival to our local contact person, Ms. Kluth About 200 m away, the UBB passes by every half hour during the day, but is hardly noticeable, not at all in the house.
