18th century restored 6 bedrooms barn with pool

This house used to be a barn and has been extended and fully renovated in the last 10 years. It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a huge open plan space. It is set in a quiet rural setting, surrounded by fields. The house is perfect if you enjoy cooking, having drinks and dinner with your friends/family inside or on the terrasse by the pool. The space This house is located in a rural area and you will not find all the hustle and amenities of a big city, however there are numerous books and dvds in English mainly and games to keep you entertained at the house and plenty of local activities for adults and kids in the area. My favorite activity is eating cheese and drinking wine on the terrasse. Guest access You will have sole use of the house and grounds. Other things to note Minimum stay is 2 to 6 days depending on the time of year. In low season please enquire for weekly and monthly discounts. Check in and check out times can be flexible depending on your circumstances and the previous and next guests' departure/ arrival. The pool is cleaned but normally a bit cold a month before and after that Small house trained pets are accepted with prior arrangement. Please note that the property is not fenced off. Pets are not allowed on sofas, beds and first floor. Please also clean after your pet. The house is classified as a "meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles". An additional 1.10Euros fee per person per day will be requested in 2022 if not already paid during your booking. This is a local government fee.
