The large, covered front porch welcomes you to the main level of the cottage and provides a shady spot to relax after a fun filled day at the beach. The main level includes the well stocked kitchen with bar seating for 4 , living room with new furnishings and smart TV, plus the dining area which includes seating for 6. The king bedroom is on the main level and has a smart TV and access to the covered back deck. The large covered back deck has plenty of seating for your entire group and offers a peaceful retreat from the sand and the sun. A full bathroom and laundry closet complete the main level. Head upstairs to the top level and you will find the Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 Full sized beds. Accross the hall is a bonus TV room with smart TV and couch and the full bathroom is located off the hallway. The ground level includes a twin bedroom and a full bathroom as well as a 2 car garage. **Please note, the twin bedroom and bathroom are accessed through the garage.** Out back there is a covered patio with grilling area and picnic tables. The perfect spot to cook up the fresh catch of the day and gather to enjoy an al fresco meal together. There are 2 garage parking spots and 2 driveway parking spots (depending on vehicle size). INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
