An enchanted countryhouse surrounded by nature

"Cascina Gastaldi" is an old renovated countryhouse surrounded by the green hills of Monferrato and by vineyards, where you can forget the hectic everyday life and spend days outdoor in the midst of the scents and colors of the flower garden or the countryside. After sunny days you can cool off in the new pool or read a book under the shade of cherry trees or under the cool porch. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and is part of a lovely, tiny hamlet. The space Entering the property you are in a large garden where a small stone path leads to a shaded porch with comfortable armchairs and a small table. From here you access the house going immediately into the living room equipped with every comfort such as sofas, fireplace, bookshelves. Also on the ground floor is the large kitchen with a long wooden table that can seat up to 10 people and is equipped with many appliances: microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher etc. Finally, there is the first of the two bathrooms with toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine. Going up to the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a further bathroom also equipped with toilet, bidet and shower. The largest room has a double bed, two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. The smaller one, a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and, if necessary, a cradle. Outside, in addition to the porch, there is an area with a stonebuilt barbeque, a pizza oven and a long wooden table with two benches placed under a pergola covered by fox grapes where it is possible to have lunch or dinner on beautiful spring and summer days. Guest access The house is totally independent from the other units of the village, is equipped with every comfort and elegantly furbished with Italian antiques as well as a wide range of modern and functional accessories which will make your stay enjoyable. There is a brand new pool, surrounded by a sundeck with sunbathing area, situated in a sunny and scenic location from wich you will enjoy beautiful sunsets on the surrounding hills and even on the Alps. After a sunny day you could enjoy the wonderful shade of the porch in front of the house, eating under the fox grape adorned pergola or reading a book under the cherry trees ... and, with a bit of luck, you can watch the squirrels jumping from tree to tree!
