Inside Beech you will find a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage with... - 2 en-suite bath/shower rooms - Oak floors throughout - A well equipped kitchen with granite work tops -- Spacious lounge with access to your own private sunny deck The space The Indoor pool, hot tub & gym are shared with just the two other Long Barn cottages. The indoor pool features the amazing Endless Pool swimming machine. The gym is small but well equipped with treadmill, step machine, bike & multi-gym The 4.5 acres of lovely grounds are shared with the neighbouring Trehill Cottages situated on a separate part of this lovely estate. These shared grounds include... - Outdoor pool (heated - summer only) - 2 fishing ponds with fish up to 16lbs - Games room with table tennis, pool, table football and air hockey Guest access You will have the whole cottage to your self. There are two identical cottages, Ash & Beech and you will have sole access to one of those. There is shared access with the other two Long Barn cottages (Ash or Beech + Hawthorn with 4 bedrooms) to the indoor pool & hot tub and gym. The grounds, fishing, games room & outdoor pool (summer only) are also shared with the 4 other Trehill cottages. Owing to severe staff allergies we are unable to accept bookings from guests with dogs or other furry animals. We hope you will respect this request. Other things to note Fishing – please feel free to fish. You should bring your own gear and never leave equipment unattended. Remote/alarm fishing is not allowed. No keep nets. 1 rod per person. No boilies. You must bring your own gear as we do not supply fishing equipment. Essentials - we provide all listed "essentials" apart from cooking oil. You should find on arrival a pint of milk in the fridge. Tea, sugar, a packet of biscuits, washing up liquid & dishwasher tabs. If any of these are missing, please let us know
