The lounge/diner has a Wood Burning stove and ample logs are provided a small contribution of £15 per stay, There is a Smart TV. The cottage has WiFi. The back garden has a large table with benches where guests can enjoy the view. A small fire pit is available for those chilly nights. There is a kettle Bar B Que. WE HAVE ONE PRIVATE PARKING SPACE SHARED BETWEEN OUR TWO COTTAGES. FOR LONGER STAYS WE OFFER A CLEANING SERVICE Guest access The entire cottage and rear garden is for the sole use of the guests. Due to the winding staircase the cottage is not suitable for people with mobility issues. We can provide a cleaning service, bed linen and towel change for business guests or for longer stays. Other things to note CAR PARKING NO PARKING PAVEMENT UNLESS UNLOADING OR LOADING. PRIVATE PARKING SPACE (fee charged of £9.50 per night) minutes from cottage situated off the High Street must be reserved. ONE SPACE SHARED BETWEEN THE 2 COTTAGES FIRST COME BASIS VISITOR DAY PASSES (fee Charged) COUNCIL RUN CAR PARKS Nearest is on Listley Street or on Smithfield, Sainsburys and opposite Smithfield. After 6pm guests can park on the High Street free of charge, but restrictions here resume first thing in the morning and Market Day, Saturday. Written directions including post codes are provided to guests. Please enquire about availability when booking.
