You will spend a pleasant sejourn in this typicall seaside villa. It's made of 7 bedrooms ( 4 of them with seaview), 3 bathrooms ( 3 italian showers and one real big bath), 3 wc, 3 living rooms ( fireplace in one of them and video projector in another one), full equipped kitchen (american refrigerator). Outdoor shower will be appreciated when you come back from the beach. The villa gives a side to the beach and the other on a garden, where offer you a table of ping pong and a barbecue (Weber). You can take your lunch on the terrace overlooking the beach and the sea or in the garden. We alos offer you a fex beach toys and, for the olders, a long bord. You can go in kitersurf directly in front of the house. Royan is famous for its micro climate; bathing is often possible from may (april for the most courageous) to october and during the whole year with a wetsuit. You can do your shopping on foot, everything is nearby (shops, cafe restaurant, pharmacy, beach club for children, bike rental). Many excursions are possible, on foot, by bike, and of course by boat!
