Lake Dümmer, shopping and restaurants 5 minutes by car. The space The spacious half-timbered house was renovated in 2017. Parquet flooring was laid throughout the house and the kitchen was redesigned. The house is very comfortable for four adults or two adults with three children and is particularly suitable for families with small children. Everything is at ground level, crib/highchair are available and for the little ones there is plenty of space to let off steam. A soccer field is very close. The kitchen with small dining table and electrical appliances is available, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, milk frother, egg cooker, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, oven and raclette grill for eight people. In the dining room with large table and highchair, you have access to the terrace. There is also a Wi-Fi router (fiber optic). In the bathroom there is a washing machine, a hairdryer and a barrier-free shower/toilet with a double sink. The former hallway has been converted into a very spacious 50 m² living room and includes a pull-out corner sofa, TV, pool table, table soccer and piano. The large bedroom with access to the garden and a workplace for the laptop you brought with you includes a double bed (160x200 cm) and two armchairs. Two hammocks can be hung in the garden. In the second bedroom there is a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and the crib. An iron and ironing board are provided. In the smaller bedroom there is a large single bed (130 × 190 cm). The fireplace room with its sofa serves as a second living room. On the terrace on the east side in front of the dining room is a beer garden set and a charcoal grill. In the back of the garden there is a barbecue area. Guest access The house is at ground level with a barrier-free entrance. Other things to note In cold weather, the firewood for the fireplace is completely free of charge. Additional costs may arise for central heating if normal consumption is exceeded. A mole family feels very comfortable in our garden. Therefore, the lawn is a bit uneven. Our neighbor has many cats that sometimes stray to us.
