Casa Amigo is an authentic and cozy holiday home of 125m2 The house is located on the first floor and can be reached via a private entrance. The owners live on the ground floor. But complete privacy is guaranteed. From both terraces you have a beautiful view over the valley and the garden. The pool is for your private use, however in the months of July and August, the pool will also be used by the owners. The space What makes Casa Amigo so unique is its rustic location and the great views you have from the terraces. Furthermore, service with a smile is highly valued by us. In addition to the standard rental, Casa Amigo also offers optional (delicious) breakfast service and various theme evenings. There are several reasons to make a reservation at Casa Amigo. - We do not have fixed arrival and departure days. - We do not require a minimum reservation of 7 nights. Reservations of 1 night are also welcome. - We have flexible arrival and departure times. This allows you on the day of leave all day enjoying the pool and accommodation. - Casa Amigo is suitable for 1-8 persons allowing singles, couples, friends or friends to enjoy the pool and accommodation. families (possibly with children) can stay here. - Casa Amigo is very child friendly. - If you make a reservation at Casa Amigo you can get a 15% discount on the car rental at Holiday Cars. - Our accommodation/location is extremely suitable for giving and following workshops. - You have a choice of at least 7 beaches on the Valencian coast, which are all within 40 car minutes away. - In the surroundings you can make beautiful walks. More information can be found on our website. Guest access During your stay at Casa Amigo the pool is for your own private use and you have access to the entire property. Exception is the private part of the owner. The 2nd bathroom is located outside the house in a separate room and consists of 2 showers, 1 washbasin and a toilet. Also, during your stay, the swimming pool is entirely for guests' use. Except in July and August, when the pool will also be used by the owners. Other things to note There are 2 dogs present but these are only in the private part of the owners and will not come into contact with the guests. Casa Amigo is situated in a quiet urbanization and therefore there are some rules which need to be followed. *Between 23.00 pm and 08.00 am the house must be quiet. It is not allowd to make loud noise or play hard music during these times in and outside the house. *There is parking space for 2 cars. There is no other possibility (not even in the surrounding) to park more cars. *No loud music outside or by the pool. *It is not allowd to have parties, celebrate birthdays of organize any onther events. * No extra visitors without consulting the owners first.
