Homestead Riverside Cabin in Lyme Regis

Homestead is in a lovely peaceful setting overlooking the River Lym. Recently refurbished to a high standard creating a light and airy space, this cosy and comfortable cabin retains much of its original charm. Easy access to beach, town and countryside provides a perfect base for holidays in Lyme Regis. It includes two bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, conservatory overlooking the river and a sunny terraced garden. Bookings start Fridays or Mondays The space Homestead is decorated in an informal beach hut style and includes soft furnishings made by my daughter and myself and watercolours painted by my mother. We had a lot of fun putting it all together. The accommodation is all on one level although there are steps in the garden and into the conservatory. The property is well equipped, comfortable and cosy. As well as central heating you can enjoy a fire in the wood burning stove in colder weather. All bedding and towels are provided as well as a range of consumables; washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. Guest access The whole of Homestead is for your private use. The track in front of the property is shared access for several properties. Across the track there is a small part of the river bank which is also part of Homestead and accessible to guests. Other things to note Check ins are Mondays and Fridays at busy times. Please be aware that the parking is awkward and only suitable for vehicles less than 4.5m. If the vehicle is longer than this then turning into the parking space is difficult.
