As the first settlement house has stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and the surrounding lush settings. Quiet but not isolated, just 0.6 Km from the center of the village Margarites where traditional tavernas, cafes and super market. The village Margarites is also a famous place potter where visitors will have the opportunity to see up close how we make stoneware pottery. Is only 16km Arkadi, 5km from ancient Elefthena, 13km from the beaches of Panormo 95km from airports of Chania and 72km from Heraklion. This delightful villa is a two storey house 160sq.m. It features a garden with barbecue facilities, a parking garage and 20sq.m pool with sunbeds and an umbrella. Can accommodate 6 people in three bedrooms, of which two are double beds and one with two single ones. Furthermore it is possible for more people to be accomodated at the very comfortable living room sofa that easily converts into a bed. Finally at home will be located a special bed for babies that can be used and installed in any space, depending on the needs of the visitor. In addition all rooms feature air condition and independent satellite TV, internet access and all have access to a balcony or the terrace . Specifically, on the ground floor, there is a yard of 35sqm with a steel table and chairs. Similarly to the first floor balcony 35sqm viscose with comfortable outdoor lounge overlooking the sea and the green nature. There is also a large bathroom 17sqm ground floor with jacuzzi, double sinks, laundry and storage space, and there is a smaller one on the first floor for guests' convenience. The sitting room has satellite TV, cd player, and providing internet. The modern fully equipped kitchen has all necessary appliances (such as electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc..) All interior spaces are decorated with modern wooden furniture, elegant fabrics in perfect harmony and small objects. Due to the location of the village and the topography of the area, there are many beautiful hiking trails. E4 starting from the village "Margarites" and go up "Eleutherna". Villa Green Paradise offers the visitors (upon your request) organised excursions in the nature only at weekends, enable the visitors to explore the archaeological site of ancient Elefterna and caves of "Melidoni" and "Zoniana" located within walking distances. Guest access The guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note The guests in general must respect the property. Smoking is allowed at outdoors space. Pets are welcomed upon prior arrangement. For everything you might need, I am 24 hours a day on call.
