The lizardière

Character house dating from 1835 on a large wooded plot of 3000 m2 with private garden of 200 m2, in a charming village at the gates of the Corbières ideally located for visiting the region. The space On the ground floor, a kitchen and living room overlooking a private garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. On the 1st floor, on the landing, an independent toilet, a bedroom with double bed and shower room. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a small single bed (180 X 80) that can be suitable for a child or a small adult, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Towels are not provided, if necessary, please specify this when booking (additional €5 per person). Guest access The house is adjoining the owner's home but completely independent, exterior side, the entrance to the land is common, a garden of 200 m2 is exclusively dedicated to the cottage.
