Puerto de Andratx offers everything you need on your vacation, a shopping center, cafes, excellent restaurants, designer shops, and a beautiful promenade to walk around. Once the reservation is confirmed, a written confirmation will be sent to the guests, and they will request to be signed accepting the house rules. - Animals will only be accepted if there is prior agreement between the parties. - It is not allowed to take utensils, bed linen, blankets, towels, etc. The loss of keys, will carry a surcharge of 100€. It is mandatory to keep the property in perfect condition for the duration of the contract, leaving the tableware clean or inside the dishwasher in operation, the garbage deposited in the corresponding containers and the air conditioning or heating off and closed windows. They may not carry out on the property annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous, illicit or contrary to the Statutes of the Community. Nor may it store flammable, explosive or corrosive materials in the home and/or develop commercial or industrial activities in the same.
