There is a large living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace, plus an equipped open kitchen. A corridor separates the living area from the sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and 1 twin with single beds. All rooms have air conditioning. The interior is completed by 2 bathrooms with showers. The surroundings of the holiday villa in Manduria Villa Graziana is located in Manduria, a city famous for its Messapian origins and for its Primitivo wine. The city center with its beautiful historic center is just 2 km from the villa. The nearest beaches are those of the Ionian Sea, just 15 km away, such as Campomarino and San Pietro in Bevagna. - A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and check-out (from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.). An extra payment of €50 is required for late arrivals upon notice (from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.). - Upon arrival, the signature of the relevant lease agreement in Italian will be required. - The accommodation tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations. - Optional linen rental (towels and sheets) at the price of €20 per person per week. - Specific cleaning for animals €30 to be paid on site. - OBLIGATION to separate and dispose of waste. Otherwise, a penalty of €80 will be withheld for up to 10kg of waste, + €50 for each additional kg. - OBLIGATION to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean (service not included in the final cleaning price). Otherwise, a penalty of €40 will be withheld. - Air conditioning in the rooms. - Please note that upon arrival, payment of the security deposit of €300 is required by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, unless damage is found. It consists of a large living room with sofa bed for two guests and fireplace and a well-equipped fireplace. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Every room is air conditioned. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower. Other things to note - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Pool available from June to September. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
