A garage has been converted into a play area with a junior pool table and space to store bikes or diving equipment for example. Guest access The interior is furnished in a high quality country house style with a modern fresh vibe. Inside the ground floor has a mix of open plan and a snug. The spacious kitchen diner with patio doors to the garden has a breakfast bar. A large fridge freezer , hob, oven and well stocked kitchen including dishwasher will allow you to create gourmet meals and entertain should you so wish. A through lounge diner boasts a dinning table seating 8 (extending to 10/12) and a relaxing lounge with sofas gathered around the wood burner and doors and views to the garden. The lounge area has a large screen TV and HI Fi with ability to connect to most media such as phones or personal music systems. . A separate small lounge with TV/DVD allows additional space and comfort for larger families. This includes a larger than double size sofa bed to provide flexibility of sleeping arrangements across a 5th room if required, (bring own linen), A range of children's books ,games and toys are at hand.. Upstairs four spacious and sumptuous bedrooms ensure a good nights sleep accommodating 9 comfortably ( 2 King size, 1 Twin , 1 Triple (a full size double with a full single bunk above ), One of the kingsize bedrooms is ensuite with a separate shower and toilet. A further newly refurbished family bathroom includes a toilet plus a bath with shower over, a third toilet is downstairs. Outside there is an enclosed south facing sunny walled garden with decking and seating area for relaxing and alfresco eating. The 4 seater hot tub has a removable and lockable lid.( no children under 8 years of age in the hot tub please). The garden is perfectly designed for containing small children at play with a small children's park at the front of the house.
