A fantastic 4 bedrooms, newly refurbished, fully equipped, self- catering apartment, that will really make you feel right at home. Located in a nice, safe, quiet area of the city with great connection to all the major tourist sites. The apartment is perfect for groups of up to 8 people or families. It is a spacious 200 m2 with a brand new fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, a large living room, with natural light throughout the apartment. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The apartment is located in a quiet , traditional residential area with great access to all necessary amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, traditional markets, shops ... It takes 15 minutes by metro to get to the central Plaza Catalunya- Ramblas and is very well connected by public transport to the other tourist spots: - Plaza Catalunya- Ramblas (Metro 15min) - Paseo de Gracia- Gaudí Buildings (10 min by metro) - Gracia (5 minutes by Metro) - Camp Nou (20 min by bus) - Parc Güell (20 min by bus) It also has easy access by public transport to other places such as: University of Barcelona, Fira de Barcelona (Plaza de España), UAB... The airport can be reached by public transport (metro + bus) at a very reasonable price or by taxi. THE APARTMENT The rooms: The apartment has 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom (one en suite). All bedrooms have new comfortable beds, modern furniture and large wardrobes. For you security and privacy, all bedrooms can be locked with individual keys. The arrangement of the bedrooms allowing 8 people to sleep comfortably is as follows: - One large bedroom with a double bed with an en suite bathroom. - Two large bedrooms with twin beds (which can be placed together as a double bed). - One medium sized bedroom with twin beds. This can be used as single or double. Other things to note ANTI COVID 19 CLEANING PROTOCOL Although cleanliness has always been a top priority, it is now more important than ever to try to reduce the spread of Covid 19 and make our guests feel safe. For this reason, it is essential for us to frequently clean and disinfect the apartment, especially surfaces that are often touched, especially between reservations. Therefore, we have defined a special cleaning and disinfection protocol, applicable for each of our reserves from now on: From now on, 48 hours must pass between reservations. We do not accept tickets on the same dates that we have departures. Proper disinfection requires extra time. What is the difference between disinfecting and cleaning? Understanding the difference between cleaning and disinfection helps prevent the spread of germs. Cleaning is the act of removing germs, dirt, and impurities (like when you use a soapy scouring pad to rub a visibly dirty counter or stove). Disinfection involves using chemicals to kill germs (for example, by spraying a bleach-based solution). By cleaning and disinfecting first, you can reduce the risk of infection. Defined cleaning guidelines These are the main guidelines that we have defined in our protocol to guarantee an effective cleaning and disinfection service: 1. Use protective equipment while cleaning. Cleaning staff will protect themselves with gloves, aprons, or gowns, and cover their faces (face masks). Hand washing will be constant throughout the process. The cleaning kit will always be disposable. 2. Ventilate rooms before cleaning. Health Authorities recommends opening exterior doors and windows, and using fans to promote air circulation in the space before beginning to clean and disinfect. 3. Use an Ozone generator for the total disinfection of the apartment spaces. After the times recommended by the manufacturer, the space is re-ventilated well. 4. Wash your hands well before and after the cleaning process. Rubbing them with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or, if not possible, use a hand sanitizer that is at least 70% alcohol. 5. Cleaning and disinfecting are different things! We use water and detergent or soap to remove dirt, grease, dust and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray a disinfecting substance. We let it take effect for a few minutes, and then it is removed. We only use kitchen paper or disposable wipes. 6. We use the appropriate disinfectant. Experts say the most common household disinfectants registered by the Spanish Government and WHO and cleaning products with diluted bleach or at least 70% alcohol effectively remove the coronavirus. We follow your recommendations. 7. We don't forget couches, rugs, curtains, and other soft, porous surfaces. We use high temperature steam for sterilization, cleaning and disinfection of this type of surface. 8. Wash bedding at the maximum temperature recommended by the manufacturer. We do the same with sheets, mattress covers, blankets, towels and kitchen towels (90ºC). 9. Special cleaning and disinfection of laundry baskets and buckets. Small disposable garbage bags have been added. 10. Emptying the vacuum cleaner at the end of each cleaning. Vacuum cleaner and other cleaning appliances such as dishwasher and washing machine are disinfected. 11. We throw away the cleaning supplies that are used in the process. 12.
