Stylish, contemporary cottage close to the sea

White, bright, cool and comfortable cottage for two with great views over fields and the distant sea beyond. The South West coastal path is a few minutes walk away as is the village pub, a great spot to watch the sun set over the ocean. The space The cottage is located in a pretty fishing village within an easy walk of the coastal path and many beaches, as well as a good village pub. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and is perfect for a couple. On the ground floor there is the entrance hall with a modern wet room and a light and spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space. On the first floor is an open plan area with living, dining and kitchen space. The room has double height ceilings so there is good feeling of light and space with views over the owners garden, fields, and the sea and cliffs beyond. The kitchen is bespoke with marble work tops and a butlers sink. It is well equipped without being cluttered. There is a private garden with a shed, table and chairs and small barbecue. Linen and towels are included (not beach towels). The Old Ration Shop now benefits from FAST FIBRE WI FI NEW FOR 2022 we have converted the building across the courtyard into a spacious GARDEN STUDIO for the old ration shop complete with wood burner, seating and dining areas. Guest access The cottage is attached on one side to the owners house but it has a private entrance and an private enclosed garden as well as an off road parking space. Other things to note Please try to leave the cottage clean and tidy (as you find it). We have a no smoking policy and no naked flame in the property.
