Bright, spacious flat near sandy beach & Falmouth

My place is close to a sandy beach with beautiful coastal walks right outside the flat & sea views less than a minute away .Maenporth beach , is a 5 min walk (through a field path ) & has a lovely restaurant & cafe . Falmouth is about a 10 minute drive away. It is a ground floor ,non smoking flat and no pets are allowed. All linen & bedding (low allergenic)is provided . It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or families. You need a car to fully enjoy the area. The space The apartment is light and modern with wooden floors and zoned underfloor heating and unlimited free WiFi . There is a private patio leading from the lounge which is ideal for alfresco dining .The large open plan living/dining/ kitchen area is light and airy and has plenty of seating .The lounge has two leather sofas and a recliner chair, a 40 “ Smart TV ,Blu Ray DVD player and a wall mounted coal effect fire . The fully equipped kitchen has granite worktops ,an induction hob ,full size oven , fridge freezer and dishwasher . There is a separate utility room with a sink ,washer/dryer,drying rack,iron and iron board . The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a large family bathroom (with shower over the bath ) opposite the Twin bedroom. (All the bedding provided in the flat is low allergenic) The apartment has an allocated parking space for one car . Guest access Whole apartment and private outside patio (with table and 4 chairs) at the front of the apartment. Other things to note No smoking or pets are allowed in this apartment. There is a communal bike rack at the rear of the apartments & you may leave locked bikes in this area at your own risk but PLEASE do not leave bikes in the entrance hall area , inside the apartment or on the patio . PLEASE do not let your children use the lift unattended or allow them to play in the lobby. Enhanced cleaning procedures For your peace of mind, with regard to cleaning the we would like to assure you that all surfaces are cleaned with antibac /viral surface sanitisers in accordance with The HSE guidelines and Risk Assessment . The kitchen and bathrooms have antibac liquid soaps. All pillows and mattresses have protectors . The flat has low allergenic pillows ,duvets & cushions .I provide all linen, 1 bath & hand towel pp and 2 tea towels . Please bring your own Beach Towels Check In/Check Out Arrivals will be from 4pm on the day of your holiday . This will give us time to deep clean all surfaces and touch points as well as provide clean bedding and towels. Departures need to be by 10 am. Whereas previously we could be flexible on these times we unfortunately have to ask that you stick to these times as any delay will create insufficient time for our Housekeeping Team to carry out the enhanced cleaning regime & cause disruption to the incoming guests. A disruption fee of £40 will be charged if checkout time is ignored Departure On the day of your departure we ask that you help us by stripping the beds that you have used and place all linen and towels in the bags provided. Please could you empty all bins in the premises and place any rubbish in the outside bins provided. Items left behind If you unintentionally leave any items behind , please get in touch and I will try & locate the items . If required , I will post the items back to you for the cost of postage and a £5 handling fee to cover packaging & time involved in returning the items .
