Cleaning fees: please see other information The space The apartment is spacious and bright, located in a 3-star residence in the heart of a mountain village. Our guests can enjoy the amenities available at the residence: a heated swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. Wifi is available. Ground floor: Living room with sofa bed, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove), balcony with table and chairs to admire the spectacular view, bathroom with bathtub and large towel dryer, separate toilet and a small bedroom with a double bed and storage closet. 2nd floor: 1 large master bedroom with 1 large double bed, a 2nd bedroom with 4 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. This duplex is very quiet and only 5-10 minutes walk to the city center, bars, restaurants and the main square where the ski shuttles depart. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and offers panoramic views of the mountains. It has plenty of free parking, ski storage, and bike storage. You have to bring your own sheets and towels, however the duvets and pillows are at your disposal. (Information about the sizes of the beds given after booking is confirmed). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment complex is calm, just a 5-10 min walk from the center, all amenities, restaurants and bars & the main square where the shuttle buses leave. There is a wonderful view over the mountains and surrounding the countryside. Ski locker and bike storage available. We provide pillows and duvets but you must bring your own bedsheets & towels. This is the option I prefer, as it allows you to avoid additional costs while ensuring that the accommodation remains clean. (*Important: once this option is chosen, it is not possible to change it. The concierge must be notified early enough to arrange for cleaning.) 2. Housekeeping service on request: if you know in advance that you prefer not to take care of the housekeeping, you opt for a cleaning service charged 120 euros. (*This option must be requested and confirmed in advance, so it is important to let me know at the time of booking.) __________ Cleaning Fee: I try to offer more affordable rates to my guests. However, it is essential that the apartment is left in the same condition as it was found upon arrival! Here are two options: 1. You pay a cleaning deposit of 120 euros. If the apartment is returned in the same condition as it was upon arrival, this amount will be fully refunded upon checkout. This is the preferred option, as it allows you to avoid additional costs while ensuring the apartment stays clean. (*Important: once this option is chosen, it cannot be changed at the last minute. Cleaning service on request: If you prefer not to handle the cleaning yourself, you can opt for a professional cleaning service, charged at 120 euros.
