Gîte la Fontaine Salée, Calm & breathtaking view

For 2 to 12 people, the Fontaine Salée gîte is a haven of peace, with a swimming pool, nestled in the heart of the green meadows and enchanting landscapes of Auxois. Come and find peace and quiet in these idyllic hills halfway between Saulieu and Arnay-le-Duc, on the border of the Morvan National Park and just forty-five minutes from Beaune and Dijon. The space This house was built against the Chapel of an old castle (this one having been destroyed a long time ago). With a total surface area of 240 m2, it is made up of 4 very spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and a very large veranda overlooking the countryside. The latter is adjoining a barn (therefore not inhabited) which belongs to me and I live in the neighboring house. On the ground floor you will find a magnificent bedroom in the old chapel (1 180x200 bed + 1 90x200 bed) which opens onto a hallway and a laundry room and access to a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet (completely new). A second very large bedroom (1 180x200 bed and possibility of putting a travel cot for a baby) adjoining its own bathroom with also a walk-in shower, a toilet and a unit with changing table. The very spacious living room is equipped with 2 large sofas, a coffee table, a large corner bookcase, a sideboard with television. The large kitchen is made up of all the (new) household appliances necessary for daily life and above all a magnificent Lacanche kitchen piano. A large central island will allow you to cook while chatting with your friends because it is equipped with 5 high stools. The very large veranda (approximately 50m2) will be equipped with a huge table more than 3 meters long, capable of accommodating 12 guests with a breathtaking view of the countryside as well as garden furniture that you can take outside when the weather is nice. Upstairs, a first large bedroom with 4 beds (1 180x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds). A second large bedroom with 2 beds (1 180x200 bed and 1 90x200 bed). Finally a bathroom and a toilet shared by these 2 bedrooms and equipped with a small bathtub. All bedding is new and high-end. The entire cottage has reversible air conditioning. From July 2024, you will be able to enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, on the terrace with a view of the Auxois meadows. You can peacefully enjoy an aperitif at sunset on the terrace, while watching over children and adults in the swimming pool. Finally the outside, you will have more than one hectare of wooded and perfectly demarcated land to flourish with a magnificent view of the Auxois countryside, you can walk there, play ball, pétanque... A table of Outdoor ping-pong and a trampoline are installed there. In the surrounding area a multitude of activities can be offered to you. Finally, this residence is part of a small hamlet of 5 dwellings and therefore very quiet and ideal for beautiful walks with family or friends. Guest access The cottage is fully rented, you will live completely independently. Private parking at the entrance, outdoor swimming pool, large garden, etc.
