The house sits on a hillside, overlooking the picturesque Silver Sands Bay which boasts one of the island's most breathtaking white sand beaches. The villa comes with the wonderful services of a house keeper and cook. An authentic Jamaican vacation! Perfect for couples, families and groups. Our property is a 'COVID-19 Protocol Compliant Approved Listing' on the Jamaica Tourist Board's website. The space Food and drink are not included in the price. The rate is for the villa, housekeeper and cook. Food & drink can be pre-ordered and arrangements made directly with the house manager. There are ceiling fans, air-conditioning and ample closet space in each bedroom. The master bedroom boasts an antique four-poster bed and its own bathroom. The roomy second and third bedrooms are private and share a large bathroom. Guest access You have access to the Silver Sands beach and beach bar & grill. . Other things to note For Christmas and New Years bookings it is a 7 night minimum stay. $3,000 per week.
