The 70 m² chalet is located at the edge of the woods in a development of 24 houses in a hollow by the lake. It is built on two floors in a closed and grassy enclosure of 300 m². There is a terrace at the front and another at the back of the building (East and West) with no direct neighbors as it overlooks a wooded area. A barbecue is available for your grilling. The bedroom on the ground floor has a private shower room. A balcony at the level of the bedrooms offers a view of the lake depending on the season. Comfortable for 7 people (2 shower rooms). Norwegian stove (firewood provided free of charge). Beds are made upon your arrival. We provide towels, 6 dishcloths, and cleaning products. High-speed internet connection. 2 mountain bikes and two ladies' bicycles are provided free of charge. In season, a boat (4 people) with a Tohatsu 3.5HP thermal engine is available for rent on-site. A communal pool is open from July 1 to August 31, with water activities on the lake, pedal boat rentals. Fishing for predator fish in the lake and for trout in the river of Laroquebrou. In every season, and for all ages, the chalet allows travelers to hike on the trails around the lake or to look for chanterelles and porcini mushrooms in the nearby woods. By car, there are several villages to discover such as Marcolès, Salers, Rocamadour, etc. Winter sports: Le Lioran is 1 hour from the chalet: 43 slopes and 18 ski lifts. Snowshoeing trails. The Legal pass: cross-country skiing with nine trails over 43 KM and 4 snowshoeing paths. Pailherols: a favored area for children for the joys of sliding on sleds.
