The house is in the Centre of Helmsley but located in a very quiet area with great views, close to the shops, galleries, restaurants and Duncombe Park. It is a lovely spacious house, that has 3 ensuite bathrooms and therefore is great for couples, families and small groups. It is ideal for exploring North Yorkshire. The adjacent property, 2 Stonegarth can be let with this property. It is ideal for two families that want privacy but can come together for meals etc. Well behaved dogs allowed. The space Delightful, tastefully decorated refurbished 3 bedroom house. The property has a modern kitchen with all the amenities and utilities that you will require. There is a separate dining room with seating for 8. The sitting room is adjacent with two comfy sofas and a couple of armchairs. There is also the addition of a sunroom on the side of the property with sofas and chairs so you can relax with your wine in the evening sun. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms which are all ensuite. One has a king size bed, a further bedroom with has 2 divan beds which can be put together and a further bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a separate loo and washbasin downstairs. There is a Washing machine, tumble dryer, large freestanding fridge/freezer and a separate fridge Towels and bed linen are provided, changed on a weekly basis unless requested otherwise. Outside there is a private secure garden with outdoor furniture and summer house. there is car parking for 2-3 houses on the driveway. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house and garden Other things to note Notes on accommodation: Well behaved medium sized dogs are accepted (Max of 2) The charge is £5 a night or £25 a week per dog.The furnishings in the house are all new and although we accept well behaved dogs, we expect them to be kept in the kitchen and utility room until they are completely dry and clean. It goes without saying that no dog may go on the furniture. No dog may go upstairs and no dog may be left in the house while you are out. Any damage caused by your dogs will automatically come off your deposit. Please inform us if you are bringing dogs.
