Don Miguel - Private paradise with panoramic views

Don Miguel is a generously designed and well equipped private holiday villa for up to 8 people. The villa is situated within a beautifully landscaped garden with breathtaking panoramic views. A particular highlight of the villa is the spacious palm-fringed pool area with its 75 m² heated pool. The large sauna and jacuzzi above offers a wonderful, unobstructed view over the pool to the Atlantic Ocean. An additional bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a livingroom with a doublebed (160 x 200 cm) are in the separate guesthouse on the neighbour plot which can be rented in addition. Please book here, if you need both houses: (airbnb.de/h/donmiguel12p) All beds were equipped with high-Quality slatted frames and orthopedic cold foam mattresses in 2 different degrees of hardness. The beds on the upper floor are 160 x 220 cm and 180 x 220 cm in size. The beds in the basement have a size of 180 x 200 cm and 180 x 220 cm. The same comfort was used when decorating the separate guest house, which has a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom, a fireplace and a private balcony. The round kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, food processor, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.) and there is plenty of crockery and cutlery for all guests. In the storage room adjacent to the kitchen there is a large fridge / freezer combination in addition to the SMEG refrigerator in the kitchen. In addition to the spacious round living room with fireplace, there is a separate TV and piano room with a cozy couch corner. All bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2017 with natural stone slabs and modern sanitary elements. The villa has underfloor heating in the upper floor. The bedrooms as well as the separate guesthouse are all air conditioned. On the main terrace is a table for 8-10 people and other comfortable seating. For joint barbecues a gas grill is available. At the pool there are also high quality stainless steel couches for up to 10 people. There are also various smaller terraces with seating available. In the garden there are numerous fruit trees (khaki, apple, orange, Cherrymoya, pomegranate, hazelnut, grapefruit, lemon, Nispero, etc.), which may of course be eaten by the guests depending on the season. Pool towels are provided. The pool is solarheated; as it is not covered, we cannot guarantee a good bathing temperature especially in winter month. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. For entertainment there is a large flatscreen smart TV with Internet access (Amazon Prime and Netflix etc.) and a Bluetooth music system (Bose). Wi-Fi with 25 Mbits is also available. A piano is also part of the Villa Don Miguel. In addition, there is a DVD player and an associated film selection, as well as a music system and CDs. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms of the house. Other things to note Towels and bed linen as well as sauna, air condition, heating and pool are included. The price includes a weekly change of linen (bed linen, towels) in case of a minimum stay of 14 days. In addition, we charge a security deposit of 500 EUR (please be aware that the guests are responsible also for damages exceeding this amount) . The prices in the calendar are valid for an occupancy of 4 persons. For each additional person we charge 20 EUR per night. If you would like to use the bedrooms as singel rooms, the rental fee increases. Heating and air conditioning as well as the use of the sauna are included in the price. During summer months the pool is heated with solar heating; 2 Children up to two years who are accomodated in a cot, are free of charge. On the site are numerous walls and stairs that are not secured by railings. The stairs in the house can be protected by a fence. Also, the pool area is fenced. Smaller children have to be observed.
