Stay in the middle of the most beautiful neighborhood of Lüneburg

The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the Stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. The Brausebrücke [pedestrian bridge] around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city. The space The cozy accommodation in a premium location is located on the 1st floor of a quaint half-timbered house from 1610 and offers pretty much everything your heart desires. Climbing stairs should not bother you and if you are taller than 1.80 m, you have to retract your head more often, because door frames and beams are partly still original! However, the ceilings themselves have a sufficient height of 2.25 m. You enter the hall with a utility room and staircase. Here you will also find a garden furniture set for sitting outside. Upstairs, you have your kingdom completely to yourself. A hallway, a closed bedroom, a kitchen, a living and dining room (with sofa bed/armchair) and a shower room. Another room to chill with a sofa bed as well as the second separate bedroom, can be reached via an antique oak staircase that leads under the roof. In the bedroom under the roof, which is separated by a door, you can also easily convert the single beds into a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed. If you prefer a self check-in or would like to arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know. Free parking is reserved for you in front of the house. Please note that only a max. 5.5 m long vehicle can be parked here. Larger buses or campers must be parked elsewhere! For breakfast, we provide you with coffee, tea and milk. In front of the house, you can simply end the evening comfortably after your sightseeing or shopping tour through the city or a trip to the region and enjoy our welcome greeting or a cigarette. Maybe you'll feel like cooking something in the fully-equipped kitchen and watching your favorite series on Netflix. The main thing is that you feel really comfortable with us.
