York City Apartment with Free Parking!

Located just two minute walk from the City Centre with easy access to shops, restaurants and attractions, this luxurious first-floor apartment comes with free-gated onsite parking! Refurbished to a very high standard with a new kitchen, wooden floors throughout, fast WIFI and tastefully decorated, it’s a perfect space for couples, single travellers visiting for leisure or work. It is bright and airy and set in a quiet location with lovely views of the gardens which are available for guests to use . It is a first-floor apartment (no lift) with a combined kitchen and lounge area, bathroom, bedroom with UK king-sized bed and there is a very comfortable sofa bed available in the lounge to accommodate an additional guest. WE NEED 24HRS NOTICE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE SOFA BED. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £15 A NIGHT WHICH CAN BE ADDED WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING. There is fast WIFI throughout. The apartment is located just a two minute walk from Goodramgate (which is one of the main entrances into the City) and about 5 minutes from York Minsters and the famous Shambles and yet set in a quiet location. The nearest Airport in Leeds Bradford and it’s a 5minute taxi ride or 20 minute walk from York Station. Here is more information about the apartment: KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. There is a a built-in washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and plus there is a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frothier. Tea, coffee, coffee pods, milk sachets and biscuits provided for you to enjoy! LOUNGE/DINER In the lounge there is a glass dining table with comfortable dining chairs, a tub chair with foot stall an extremely comfortable sofa bed. The smart tv has catch up tv available and there is a blue tooth speaker which allows you to play music from your phone. BEDROOM There is a luxurious king size-bed and soft white towels are also provided. There are USB charger sockets in the bedroom to charge phones and tablets without needing a plug. There is also a hairdryer provided. BATHROOM The bathroom has a good-sized bath with an electric overhead shower, there is a heated towel rail and external window. This property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and guest support should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole self-contained apartment within this small and quiet City Centre complex. Other things to note This is one of the best locations in York - it really is just a two minutes walk to the city centre. York is very small so if you arrive by car its possible to leave it parked and enjoy walking around the city. MINIMUM NIGHT STAY - 3 nights with the occasional 1 or 2 nights available. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. Same day check-ins are available. PARKING Free parking is available in a gated car park. This is operated with a fob which can be collected from the apartment along with a permit to place in the car. NO OF GUESTS Please note this apartment is suitable for 3 guests only and no parties. A third guest can be accommodated on our comfortable sofa bed, there is an additional charge of £15 a night, please ask if you are interested so we can leave additional bedding and towels for you. SUPERMARKETS There are a number of supermarkets within a short walking distance (5-10 minutes) of the apartment including a large Morrisons and Waitrose and a smaller ASDA and Tescos Express. KEYS Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
