The Hyatt is one mile away, but you can also download the Tart Connect App to get around a free curb to curb on demand transportation service. The Sand Harbor Beach Shuttle is just around the corner very close to the townhouse. Also there are several bike rentals nearby both motorized and non motorized. Please note: All transportation services run at different times during the season. Incline Village is known for its beauty and outdoor adventures. In summer, there is the unbelievable clear blue lake and all it has to offer from fishing and kayaking to boating and sailing. There are several hiking trails for all level of hikers all looking over beautiful Lake Tahoe. Close public beaches are Sand Harbor Beach, Hidden Beach, Kings Beach and Speedboat Beach. Many beautiful small secluded beach coves are off the Tahoe East Shore bike and walking trail. Going toward California, Tahoe City is where you will find many more shops and restaurants; Fanny Bridge, Commons Beach and the Truckee River Raft Co. Going East toward Sand Harbor Beach you will drive along the Lake with fabulous views and come across the famous Thunderbird Lodge, open in summer for tours. Tahoe is also a world class destination for skiing and snowboarding. Diamond Peak, Northstar and Mount Rose being the closest. Palisades Tahoe is an easy half hour away with great views along the way. House Features: The townhouse is an end unit, open and airy with many windows and high beam ceilings. There have been many architectural upgrades, along with a deck for grilling, master jacuzzi tub, large stone fireplace, indirect lighting, new Samsung 4K OLED TV with surround sound set up with Fire TV including Prime video, Starz, HBO, Disney+, etc. and for just in case on those rare warmer days in summer a portable A/C unit in the living room. ALL SPARKLING CLEAN! There is new quality furniture throughout the house. Living area has new leather reclining couch, velvet lounge chair, game bistro table, in closet is a child's table with two chairs with many games and toys. The bedrooms are below the main living area, we have taken extra care to make sure all the bedding is fresh and beds are super comfortable, It is set up with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. If you would like us to convert one of the King size beds to two twins tor a total of 4 beds please let us know when booking. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and has a new large Kitchen Aid gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, fondue pot, french press, coffee pot etc. and granite countertops. Layout: The first floor is an enclosed private garage, go up one flight of stairs to the front door where you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is where you will find the jacuzzi tub and shower combination. There is also a hall bathroom between the other two bedrooms with a stylish slate shower enclosure. On that level there are brand new whirlpool large load washer and dryer if needed. Laundry soap is in above cabinet. Next level up is a very open spacious living area/dining area seats 6 at table and 2 at the counter-bar. There is a balcony off the living room with a large gas Jenn-Air barbecue for grilling and outdoor table with 6 chairs. You will have access to the entire townhouse and garage. The garage fits one car easy, two cars are tight. If you bring an extra long vehicle please let us know. Long vehicles may not fit in garage, or if you bring more than one vehicle. We are very central lower elevation walking distance to Lakeshore and town making it really easy to get around and obtain anything you may need to make your stay here enjoyable. In the summer you can enjoy walking or biking. In the winter you will need a car. Tart, the local bus service stops are walking distance and can whisk you all along the North Shore of Tahoe, for example: Kings Beach, Tahoe City, Homewood etc. It also goes to Palisades. You can web search Lake Tahoe Transit for up to date information. Also, there is a public shuttle very close during the summer to get to Sand Harbor Beach. The Tart Connect App can be download. This is a free curb to curb service on demand. Please check running times for local public transportation they change with the seasons. If beaches are a main priority for your trip. Please inquire to get up to date information on beach access. This is a NO smoking community both inside and outside of townhouse. Smoking will cause you to loose your deposit. QUIET TIME IS FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM AND IS VERY STRICT. Also, because of community quiet times casino goers coming in and out late, or early mornings will disturb others and this home would not be a good fit. Disclosure: there is one on safety motion camera facing outward on the front of the house. There are no other cameras, or devices anywhere else in or outside of property. Please no snow or ski boots or snowboards or skis in house. There's a lot of space in garage for these items. I have towels to wipe your stuff down and I leave an electric boot dryer in garage. Please take off your shoes as well before entering house-- keeps it clean for everyone. During your stay: If disposing of garbage it must be placed inside the garbage enclosure and relocked. We need to keep our bears safe:) We ask you turn down the heat in winter to 65 but DO NOT turn thermostats off. In winter please close the windows and blinds. We prefer guests not to pull beds apart and attempt to do laundry. It's a big time consuming job. I personally come in and sanitize all laundry and towels to make sure they are all perfectly cleaned for the next guests. Thank you!!
