The breath-taking terrace in Offida

The apartment is located in Offida historical city centre: the bell tower and the steeples of the six churches measure up to the beautiful landscape. The space The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Offida, behind the beautiful Piazza del Popolo. It's a small, well-finished apartment with breath-taking terrace overlooking the six towers of the churches of the old town and the nice view of the Marche countryside. The apartment has recently been renovated using carefully chosen materials, finishes and quality furniture; you can find privacy, comfort, quality and attention to detail. The breath-taking terrace is the true marvel of the apartment: here you can soak up the sun in complete privacy and have breakfast watching Santa Maria della Rocca or dinner at sunset, while the first lights of the Piazza del Popolo turn on. Your gaze is lost to the Sibillini Mountains, to the gentle hills covered with rows of vines and olive trees, which change colour and light in the different seasons and at different times of day. The apartment is the welcome retreat from where to start in the morning to visit many places of historical interest and of natural beauty and where to come back in the evening to relax by walking along the streets of the historic center to discover the monuments that bear witness the ancient history of Offida. The medieval alleys hide surprising glimpses, craft shops and typical restaurants where you can experience the variety of regional dishes. Guest access The whole apartment will be at your complete disposal. Other things to note The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator in the historic center. Please keep this in mind when managing your luggage. Linen is not included in the price. However, a complete set of linen for the house (sheets, towels, kitchen linen) is available at a cost of €15 per person per stay. Alternatively, guests can bring their own linen. Pets are accepted only if they are small (up to 10 kg), calm, and used to living in an apartment. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment. Only one pet is allowed per stay. The apartment is in the city center of Offida; there are three free parking lots about 200 meters from the apartment. The first is at the entrance to the historic center, and the other two are on the opposite side. I recommend driving to Piazza Valorani or Piazza Forlini, which are close to the apartment, stopping there to unload your luggage (using the permit I’m sending you—max 15 minutes), and then heading to one of the parking lots.
