The space The 220qm villa is located in a quiet, exclusive residential development. The house is built on a private 1400m² plot and is surrounded by beautiful, mature garden with lots of aromatic herbs, flowers, citrus and palm trees. There is a spacious outdoor area with a 5m x 10 m pool, sunbeds, terrace with lounge furniture, covered BBQ area with a table seating 6 that doubles as a breakfast area. The open-space ground floor features a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining room that seats 8, living room fitted with all needed amenities (flat-screen TV, DVD-player and iptv, DVD library, sound box with CD player, small library), and a guest bathroom. All bedrooms are en-suite and are located on the second floor. All have balconies and overlook the mediterranean sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with ALL necessities. Fridge with an ice maker, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, French press, Allessi tee pot, toaster, water cooker, microwave, oven, 5 flame stove, extractor hood, plenty of all sorts of glasses, plates, pans, pots etc Air Condition/Heater units are on timers throughout the house.
