The space The 220 m² Villa Cava is set in a exclusive residential development, built on a private 1,400 m² plot surrounded by a lush, mature garden filled with aromatic herbs, flowers, citrus, and palm trees. Outside, enjoy a spacious terrace with lounge furniture, sunbeds, a covered BBQ area with a table for six that also serves as a breakfast spot, and a 5 x 10 m swimming pool. The open-plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area for six, and a comfortable living room with a TV, sound system, and a book library. A guest bathroom completes the floor. Upstairs, all bedrooms are en-suite, each with a private balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen includes every essential: fridge/freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, French press, Alessi teapot, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, 5-burner stove, extractor hood, and a full set of cookware, plates, glasses, and utensils. Air conditioning and heating units are installed throughout the villa, all on programmable timers for comfort and convenience. Guest access The entire villa with its 220 m², three spacious bedrooms, each with a balcony with sea view and its own bathroom, is at your disposal. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. On the first floor is a large, very well equipped, open kitchen, the dining room and the living room. In the living room you will find a good selection of books, DVDs and CDs. There are also charging cables for your cell phone. Internet use (WiFi) is available free of charge. Air conditioning and heating units run throughout the house via timers. Other things to note Towels—including pool and kitchen towels—and bedding are all provided. Air conditioning runs on timers for your convenience. Please note that a car is required to fully enjoy the area and reach beaches, restaurants, and local attractions.
